Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

What does REQ'D actually do?

REQ'D maps your existing skills to real roles across multiple industries — Corporate, Healthcare, Construction, Education and more. You see what's matched, what's close, and what's missing — plus the exact courses to close any gaps.

How does the traffic light system work?

Green means you already have it (or it transfers). Amber means you're close — a short course closes it. Red means it's a real gap and you'll need a proper course to get there.

Which industries does REQ'D cover?

We're building toward universal coverage. Our early focus is industries with the biggest gaps: construction, healthcare, accounting, and early childhood education. More will follow as the platform matures.

Is REQ'D free?

The core platform will be free for job seekers. Premium career-coaching features are being scoped. Recruiters and partners will pay for hiring access.

How is my data protected?

Your information is stored securely using industry-standard systems, and we handle it in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. See our privacy policy for the full detail.

When does it launch?

We're in pre-launch now. Waitlist signups get first access. We'll only email when there's something real to share.

🌱

You're in. Welcome.

REQ'D helps people see what their skills are worth — and exactly which courses close the gap. No more studying blind. No more guessing the next move.

Know a friend wrestling with "what's next?" Send them our way — every red gap we show is linked to a real course, so they can study with purpose.
